Our Response to Coronavirus

At Cloud 9 Care we have been working very hard throughout the Coronavirus Pandemic to ensure that we respond correctly to this fast-moving situation. Throughout, we are guided by the information from national and local government and the professional guidance from Public Health England.

We continue to follow the procedures set out for the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment and we are pleased to reassure clients and staff that we hold a significant stock of gloves, aprons, fluid repellent masks, surgical masks and face shields.

Our office is closed to visitors, but we have continued to operate safely, with appropriate social distancing measures in place and scrupulous attention to hand-hygiene.

Whilst we have suspended non-essential services, we have maintained a full service to all those who depend on us for personal care. We have developed new ways of working to ensure our clients have access to food, medicines and other essentials. We are keeping in touch with those clients who are not currently receiving a service and will be slowly reintroducing non-essential services in line with government advice.

A small group of staff are unable to work due to underlying health issues and we have clear policies in place for any staff who show symptoms of Covid-19. We are pleased to say that all clients and staff remain safe and well. .
