We know that there are many important factors that people consider when they choose a Home Care Provider, either for themselves or a loved one.
People want a Provider that has carers of the highest calibre, supported by experienced managers. People want a service that is tailored to their individual needs, enabling them to be as independent as possible. People want kind, understanding Carers that will be sensitive to the intimate nature of the tasks they are performing.
But perhaps the most important factor that people seek is reliability. There is no value in a service which delivers good care for a week and then misses a visit.
At Cloud 9 we have worked extremely hard to ensure that we can say, with confidence, that our service is completely reliable. We recognise the importance of the job which we do and we consider it vital that we live up to the trust which people place in us. We know that we are caring for precious people and we undertake to honour the trust that people have placed in us.
We are so confident that we give a guarantee which is, we believe, unique in our industry. In the unlikely event that we miss a visit, we will make the next visit (of equal length) free of charge.
How do we define a missed visit? If the visit is more than an hour later than the usual visit time, without any contact from us, it will be considered as a missed visit.
The usual visit time will be the time shown on the contract, or the time which we have regularly visited over the preceding 2 weeks.
